Can appointments be carried over?Field worker usage is billed based on the date in which the appointments were completed.

How do I make payments?Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. All major payment methods are accepted, and you can set up automatic billing to streamline the process.

How many users can I have?The number of user is specific to your plan.  If you feel best fit for one plan and need to add employees, you are charged for each additional employee.

How does billing work?Billing is done on a monthly or annual basis. Your base plan fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle, and any additional costs are billed based on usage.

Is my data safe?Absolutely. We prioritize your data security with encryption, regular backups, and secure access protocols. Your data is safe with us.

What is enhanced support?Enhanced support includes priority access to our support team, response within 24 hours, and personalized assistance with setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing your use of AutoOps®. Enhanced support will receive follow up within 24 hours (7 days a week). Standard support receives follow up within 48 business hours.

Can I change my plan?Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to suit your needs. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Payroll Calculator is only the calculation of the taxable and reimbursement pay for field workers based upon the information within the AutoOps® app, this does not include withholdings, payroll taxes, and other entitlements such as sick pay and vacation handled by your payroll processor.
