As an HR Representative, this application has been very useful in keeping files all in one place. They are easily accessible and I'm able to keep them secured through the settings tab. I've also had the luxury of assisting our Dispatch Department and have found it very easy to get the technicians to their jobs and ensure our customers are happy. Our technicians have a lot of freedom to upload their documents, input notes/photos and keep track of time/mileage. I highly suggest utilizing this application if you're in the Service Industry!
