The offer

• Setup fee waived. We waive the $1,500 setup fee.
• First 2 months free. You aren't billed for your first 2 monthly fees. Months 3 through 12 are billed at your plan's regular 12-month rate.
• Free months start at go-live. Go-live needs to happen by Jan 31, 2027. If we can't complete go-live by then for reasons on our side, you still get both free months, starting at go-live.

Who qualifies

New AutoOps customers who sign a 12-month plan agreement by 11:59 PM PT on Dec 18, 2026. The offer is limited to the first 10 shops, counted by the date of the signed agreement. It ends when 10 shops have signed or on Dec 18, 2026, whichever comes first.

If you end the plan early

If you end your plan before the end of month 12, the waived $1,500 setup fee becomes due. The 2 free months are never charged back. The setup fee isn't due if we end the plan or materially fail to deliver the service.

After 12 months

Your plan continues month-to-month at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, online or by email to jon@autoops.co. We'll email you a reminder 45 to 60 days before month 12 ends, and it will include the month-to-month rate. We'll always give you at least 30 days' notice of that rate before it starts.

Combining offers

This offer can't be combined with the AutoOps military benefit, other promotions or referral credits on the same account. If you qualify for the military benefit (15% off monthly plan fees on paid months, for active-duty and veteran owners, proof required), you can choose whichever is worth more to you.
